Pentart 3d Varnish

A water-based, thick varnish that can be used to emphasize certain parts of the artwork and create 3D effects. It dries completely transparent and shiny. If you want to achieve a thicker layer, build it up with several thinner layers. Always wait for each layer to dry completely before applying a new layer.
