Decoupage varnish & glue, matte

The packaging has been changed. New packaging only says "Decoupage Glue", but it is the same product.

Water-based glue and varnish in one for decoupage technique. Dries matte. Spreads easily and evenly. Use under and over rice paper or napkins. Soak normal paper in water before gluing. Always spread the glue varnish on top of the paper from the center to the edges, so you can remove air bubbles.
