Decoupage varnish & glue glitter

A water-based glue and varnish in one for decoupage technique with glitter, which gives a shiny effect. It can be applied easily and evenly. Use it under and over rice paper or napkins. Soak normal paper in water before gluing. Always spread the glue varnish on top of the paper from the center to the edges, so that air bubbles can be removed.
